Seeking venues for must-see cultural and leisure attractions.

We are looking for unique properties to host innovative cultural and leisure concepts, as well as private museums. Suitable spaces range from 1,200 to 5,000 square metres, either temporary (minimum four months) or permanent, ideally in high footfall locations. We work with property owners, developers and public partners to activate spaces, attract audiences and create long-term value.

THE EXPERIENCE LINK

Transforming Spaces, Inspiring Audiences.

The Experience Link develops and delivers cultural and leisure destinations for audiences who are curious, engaged and eager to be inspired.
Since 2010, our award-winning team has transformed temporary and permanent spaces into museums, visitor attractions, touring exhibitions and immersive experiences, in the Netherlands and internationally. Projects that invite people to step inside, slow down, look closer and discover more than they expected.
By combining culture, education and entertainment, we create experiences that resonate with audiences while supporting commercial ambitions and public value.
Working with property owners, developers and municipalities, we turn locations into places people remember, return to and talk about.

What We Do

Creating and Delivering Cultural and Leisure Destinations

We develop and deliver large-scale cultural and leisure projects in prime locations, in the Netherlands and internationally. Some originate from our own ideas, others emerge through partnerships with leading players in the sector. In all cases, we take responsibility from first concept to full execution, turning ambitious ideas into destinations that resonate with broad audiences.

Collaborating with Owners, Developers and Public Partners

We work closely with property owners, commercial real estate managers, municipalities, architects and project developers to create visitor destinations with cultural relevance and public appeal. By activating underused spaces and aligning content with context, we help transform locations into recognised destinations that attract visitors and strengthen their surroundings.

Feasibility Studies for Viable and Sustainable Projects

We conduct feasibility studies that help partners make informed decisions before committing to long-term projects. These studies explore commercial viability, audience potential, operational feasibility and technical requirements. By addressing opportunities and constraints early on, we lay the groundwork for sustainable and well-supported cultural experiences.

Our Projects

We have been involved in more projects than we can reasonably list here. But let’s name a few. As presenters and (co)producers, we have brought some of the most visited travelling blockbuster exhibitions of the past two decades to audiences around the world. These include Titanic, Body Worlds, Tutankhamun, Pixar, The Art of the Brick and more.
We founded and operated a 4,000 square metre permanent venue for travelling exhibitions, as well as the Body Worlds museums in Amsterdam and London. We also created the award-winning Meet Vincent van Gogh Experience in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum, the first immersive exhibition of its kind.
Most recently, we produced and now distribute Bricks of Wonder® worldwide: the largest solo LEGO® art exhibition for all generations. The exhibition is currently on view at Heuvel shopping centre, in the heart of Eindhoven, before continuing its international tour.
In Rotterdam, we are responsible for the presentation of House of Banksy – An Unauthorized Exhibition, a large-scale pop-up experience making its Dutch debut at the iconic Las Palmas venue.
Our track record speaks for itself. And the best is yet to come. Behind the scenes, we are developing a new wave of exhibitions, venues and bold cultural concepts, in multiple countries and in collaboration with partners around the world.

At the heart of every project lies a simple ambition: to surprise, to engage and to endure.

Every project we take on is designed to spark wonder, engage curiosity and leave lasting memories. Our visitor attractions, museums and exhibitions combine enjoyment with learning, helping audiences discover new perspectives and knowledge through meaningful experiences.
Over the past 15 years, The Experience Link team has developed, produced and managed cultural and leisure initiatives in more than 45 cities worldwide, attracting and inspiring millions of visitors.

The Experience Link combines creative ambition with proven delivery, from first concept to long-term operation.
